  • Aerial imagery current and historical 

Following this review of information, undertake a site visit looking for:

  • Schedule 1 building work
  • Unconsented land activities 
  • Unconsented building work

Following this then you receive:

  • Provide you a pre-purchase report based off of our findings, which will include remediation options if you choose to progress forward with your purchase and wish to legalise these works.

 

Basic pre-purchase inspection

The basic pre-purchase property inspection looks to identify unconsented works and activities, by:

 

  • Reviewing online information
  • Reviewing Council held property file and/or LIM report
  • Reviewing aerial imagery current and historical
